Platform Intelligence
Platforms
Independent T&C analysis across sweepstakes casinos, licensed operators, and prediction markets. Every platform scored on five criteria from primary document research.
Platform Coverage
Every platform we have analysed
Three categories: sweepstakes casinos, licensed operators, and prediction markets. Each profile is based on primary document research: Terms of Service, Bonus Terms, and Privacy Policies read in full, combined with official regulatory sources and community-reported patterns.
Every platform is assigned a T&C Risk Score based on five defined criteria. Scores are reviewed and updated whenever a platform changes its terms or when new information becomes available. All profiles include a public change log.
Platform categories
Sweepstakes Casinos
US-accessible platforms operating under sweepstakes promotional law. Use dual-currency models (Gold Coins + Sweeps Coins). Legally distinct from real-money gambling — but T&C terms vary significantly between operators, and the regulatory environment is actively changing.
Licensed Operators
Real-money online casinos and sportsbooks operating under state gaming licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and other regulated markets. Subject to ongoing oversight by state gaming commissions — the strongest player protection framework in US online gambling.
Prediction Markets
Contract-based platforms allowing users to trade on the outcomes of real-world events. Some operate under CFTC oversight as Designated Contract Markets. State availability and regulatory status are actively evolving.
How platforms are assessed
Primary document research
Terms of Service, Bonus Terms, and Privacy Policies read in full. Specific clauses cited with section references. Dated snapshots recorded at the time of review.
Official regulatory sources
State statutes, AG opinions, state gaming commission records, CFTC filings, FTC guidance, and court records. Legal status assessments always reference the primary source.
Community pattern analysis
Named public sources (r/SweepstakesCasinos, r/sportsbook, r/onlinegambling, platform forums). Minimum of 3 corroborating reports required. Single anecdotes are never treated as data.
T&C Risk Score
How it works
Every platform is scored out of 10 across five criteria, each worth a maximum of 2 points in increments of 0.5. Scores are based on primary document research — not editorial opinion. Criteria vary by platform category to reflect what is meaningful in each context. full scoring methodology →

Research approach
How we research platforms
Primary document research
Terms of Service, Bonus Terms, and Privacy Policies are read in full across all three platform categories. Specific clauses are cited with section references. Dated snapshots are recorded at the time of review. All T&C quotes in platform profiles reference the version reviewed.
Official regulatory sources
Legal status assessments are sourced from state statutes, state gaming commission public registers, state AG opinions, CFTC filings, FTC guidance, and court records. Editorial legal analysis is clearly labelled as analysis — not professional legal advice.
Community pattern analysis
Named public sources (r/SweepstakesCasinos, r/sportsbook, r/onlinegambling, r/Kalshi, r/polymarket, Discord communities, platform-specific forums) are monitored for complaint patterns. A minimum of 3 corroborating reports is required before a community-reported finding is included. Single anecdotes are never treated as data.
